COVID-19 Appointment Information
Dear patient, you have a scheduled appointment at the Ear Institute. Your safety is important to us, please take note of the following:
IMPORTANT BEFORE YOU ARRIVE:
Please inform us immediately:
- If you are feeling ill or have a fever, for us to reschedule your appointment;
- If you have been in contact with someone that shows signs of COVID-19;
- Travelled internationally in the last 30 days;
- Had direct contact with any individual who has travelled internationally.
IMPORTANT WHEN YOU ARRIVE:
You will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms on the day of your appointment.
Upon entering the practice your hands will be disinfected with alcohol-based hand sanitiser. Normal COVID-19 screening questions may be asked – thank you for your cooperation.
Ear Institute employees will be making use of masks and gloves, where appropriate.
To ensure the safety of our patients and staff, disinfecting protocols are in place.
